The 2024 vintage displays vibrant aromas and flavours of plum, redcurrant, red liquorice, and raspberry leaf. On the palate, soft, silky tannins frame the bright fruit profile, creating a wine that is both approachable and beautifully balanced. The fruit was de-stemmed and fermented on skins for 8–12 days before undergoing natural malolactic fermentation. Matured for 18 months in 100% seasoned French oak, the wine retains its freshness and fruit expression while gaining subtle complexity and texture.
