The Hey Diddle Super T 2022 is a distinctive Barossa Valley blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Montepulciano and Bonvedro in equal proportions. Garnet and ruby hues lead into an expressive bouquet of blackcurrant and cassis, layered with savoury notes of sage, oregano and clove.

The palate is powerful and fruit-driven, with Cabernet Sauvignon bringing richness and intensity while Montepulciano and Bonvedro add savoury depth and complexity. Layers of spice weave through the dark fruit, supported by tight, creamy French oak and a firm, structured finish.

The fruit is hand-picked from vineyards around 250 metres above sea level and handled with a minimal-intervention approach. Gentle winemaking techniques, including whole-berry destemming and basket pressing, are followed by 12 months maturation in French oak, with the wine bottled without fining or filtration to preserve its purity and character.
