Still i rise is a celebration of tenacity and this juicy shiraz shoots for the moon. Hand-picked from two neighbouring, bio-dynamically operated mclaren vale vineyards, it is matured for 15months in french and american oak, with 30% new american oak. This shiraz is big in fruit, but balanced by soft tannin & acid, giving the wine a very smooth and lengthy finish. The complex structure reveals deep cherry and spice characteristics followed by decadent dark chocolate. Bottled without finning or filtration. Get ready for lift off. Vegan friendly
