It is balanced by cool-climate Pinot Gris, fermented in stainless steel and matured on fine lees before bottling unfined and unfiltered. The blend tempers Gewürztraminer’s exotic intensity with Pinot Gris’ freshness, structure, and gastronomic appeal.
Bone dry and highly expressive, the wine shows lychee, musk, and dried mandarin peel, weaving fruit purity with savoury complexity. The palate is juicy and succulent, with spicy jackfruit, chalky tannins, bright acidity, and a long, lingering finish.
