Mordrelle Wines Blanc de Blancs 2019
Disgorged à la volée with minimal sulphites and no added sugar. Pale yellow in colour, with a fine and persistent bead. The nose is elegant and expressive, offering aromas of citrus, green apple, toasted hazelnuts and brioche. The palate is soft and creamy, with a beautifully textured mouthfeel, finishing dry with a lingering, velvety sensation that coats the palate.
