A pink-tinged Semillon with a touch of skin contact and a Syrah Rosé, sourced from all three of our vineyards and picked early to preserve freshness and vibrant acidity. Once nearly dry, the components were blended and a small amount of frozen juice was added for natural sweetness before bottling in early June 2024. Fermentation completed in bottle, creating a lightly sparkling pétillant. No enzymes, no fining, no filtration.

This lightly bubbly Rosé has a delicious nose of exotic flowers and musk, pithy grapefruit, blood orange and distinctive peaches. On the palate, there is a mixed fruit salad experience that is light, refreshingly fruity, with a dry, textured finish.
