Cabernet Sauvignon
Good Catholic Girl 'Hail Mary' Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
"Every picture tells a story, and so it was with my grandmother Dorothy Barry, a devout GCG and a dedicated and generous friend of the nuns in her Parish for over half a century. These were the days when the nuns survived on charity alone. Dorothy's love and devotion to the Sisters was rewarded with gifts of treasured holy pictures, and the one on the label depicts 'Our Lady of Perpetual Help' (how appropriate) on the back is inscribed simply "Mrs Barry Easter 1934".
Cabernet from my Limerick Vineyard,ย ARMAGH planted 1997.
Picked 29/3/2021 the Feast Day of Bona of Pisa.
A young nun who helped travellers and pilgrims. Thus she is the Saint of travelles and the patron saint of Pisa, Italy. Naturally her theme song is Walking, walking, walking!"
