The Gentle Folk Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is a finely detailed Adelaide Hills expression sourced from the elevated vineyards of Summertown. Grown on 22-year-old vines at elevations ranging from 450 to 620 metres, the wine reflects its cool-climate origins through purity, freshness and mineral complexity. Light loamy clay soils over sandstone, layered with schist and quartz rubble, contribute tension and vibrancy to the finished wine.

Whole-cluster pressed and settled overnight before maturation in neutral French barriques and hogsheads for eight months, the wine shows restraint and texture in equal measure. Bright citrus and lifted stone fruit characters are supported by subtle savoury complexity and a finely layered palate, with natural acidity carrying through to a long, refreshing finish.
