Pale salmon pink in colour, the delicate hue of this wine belies the complexity of flavour and texture. Pinot Noir delivers fresh strawberries, and rose petals, with complementary savoury characters giving way to a dry, crisp finish.

Arriving cold and fresh at the winery, the fruit was pressed after 4 hours on skins to achieve the light pink hue. Fermented in stainless steel with 2 months lees contact following fermentation resulting in a well-balanced and precisely crafted Rosé wine.

Vineyard 
The Pinot Noir is sourced from an outstanding vineyard in the central Adelaide Hills with rocky soils, and low yielding vines of impeccable quality.

Food Pairing 
This delicate and savoury Rosé is a real food wine. Try it with a roasted beetroot and goats cheese salad, with heaps of mint and dill.
