Living Roots Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir 2020
Pinot Noir with aromatic cherry and orange characters, balanced with earthiness, fresh acidity, and spice. Two clones were sourced from Seb’s uncle Bill’s vineyard: 115 for bright cherry notes and MV6 for riper fruit and a bit of savoury meatiness. The grapes were destemmed and fermented wild with a high percentage of whole berries.
Wild ferment. Unfined. Unfiltered.
