Inspired by Gareth’s recent travels through Tuscany, the 2025 Sangiovese marks an exciting new chapter for the variety in the Adelaide Hills. Sourced from 30-year-old vines in Charleston, Gumeracha, and Kersbrook, the fruit was destemmed and spent between two weeks and four months on skins. Utilising a mixture of 2500L foudre, terracotta eggs, and puncheons, this is a wine of perfume and delicacy. It shuns the traditional heavy Australian style for something far more pretty, savoury, and sophisticated.
