The 2025 Hentley Farm Cabernet Sauvignon is an intense and vibrant expression, showing ripe plum, cassis and blackberry layered with savoury red earth and dark mineral notes. Fresh and energetic on the palate, it offers impressive structure, refined texture and a long, balanced finish. Sourced from elevated eastern-facing blocks planted on shallow red clay loam over shattered limestone, the wine was destemmed, matured for nine months in seasoned oak and underwent natural malolactic fermentation.
