The Hey Diddle Shiraz 2025 is a vibrant and expressive Barossa Valley Shiraz, showing a deep crimson colour with vivid purple hues. The nose is highly aromatic, with flowering herbs, thyme, bay leaf and violets layered over ripe blueberry and mulberry fruit.

The palate is plush and generously fruited, with dark berry flavours at its core and a lively thread of spice adding complexity. Fine tannins provide shape and structure, while the purity of fruit and natural freshness give the wine excellent drive and balance through the finish.

Sourced from the Schiller vineyard in the Hallett Valley at approximately 250 metres elevation, the fruit is grown on Biscay and clay loam soils and harvested by hand. The wine is made with minimal intervention, using whole-berry destemming, wild open fermentation, gentle basket pressing and nine months maturation in French oak hogsheads, before being bottled without fining or filtration.
