The nose is bursting with violet and plum with some lighter savoury tobacco notes. The palate has plush blue and black fruits with silky tannins giving a lingering finish. This wine is singing with fresh fruit character currently and showing the promise of ageability with its structured palate. Bottled un-fined and unfiltered.

Fermented in a small open fermenter and pressed off after 8 days skin contact. The wine then spent 10 months in old French oak. Fermented with natural yeast, bottled without fining or filtering.
