Monomeith Vineyard Estate Nina Blanc de Noirs Sparkling 2017
2017 was an exceptional year in the Piccadilly Valley. This sparkling wine made from estate grown Pinot Noir with a touch with of Pinot Meunier also from the Piccadilly Valley shows a fine bead with aromas of white peach, citrus, green apple and a hint of fresh dough.
The palate opens with a soft, mouth filling mousse followed by a beautifully balanced mid-palate of white peach, fresh bread, green apple and lemon/lime citrus which leads into a long, lingering finish.
