This Rosé is made from whole bunch pressed Syrah, fermented in older French oak barrels, and aged for eight months on lees. The wine was hand-bottled on-site, with a small addition of sulphur before bottling. No enzymes or fining agents are used.

"Syrah is the baseline and viognier gets on the ingredient list, just. The syrah is whole bunch pressed and all the juice is barrel fermented. Proper stuff. Slippery texture with a nice twist of grip through the finish. The wine feels easy to drink while being interesting for its richer flavours, savoury, nutty elements, yeasty funk and more serious red berry fruit profile. A depth to this pink wine, and sense of complexity."
