When you only make one wine, you know it's going to be amazing. About Time Wines is a collaboration between Adelaide locals Henry Borchardt (winemaker) and James McLeay (chardonnay lover).

This overdue foray into the small batch production of expressive chardonnay highlights single vineyards in the beautiful cool climate of the Adelaide Hills. Sourcing their fruit from a 25 year old vineyard in Echunga, their passion for the varietal shows through.

      27 year old vineyard in Echunga, 400m above sea level. Hand-picked, Bernard Clone 76, whole bunch pressed into French (Damy) 300L Hogsheads with a mixture of 25% new and 2nd/3rd use barrels.
